What are the differences between our online course formats?
We currently offer three formats of online courses:
LIVE
LIVE courses are fun and casual 3-hour virtual sessions based on a specific theme on a given day at a certain time.
Hosted by Anneka Manning, the virtual live session will be supported by recipes and resources and will be available to rewatch after the session takes place.
The following online courses are
LIVE courses:
Guided
These courses are based on a particular theme and run over a number of weeks on particular dates. They include a virtual live demonstration (which is hosted by Anneka Manning and will be recorded so you can rewatch it) and information kits that you can study at your own pace.
You will also have access to a closed Facebook group where you will be able to ask Anneka any questions that arise while you work your way through the course.

Self-paced
Self-paced courses are available to start at any time and you can work through them at your own pace, in your own time.
It is completely up to you how quickly you want to work through the content. You will have lifetime access to all the recipes, videos and information kits so you can dip in and out of it whenever it suits you.
