Â
This course, in this format, with Anneka on our screens and in our kitchens, along with the comprehensive course notes is an excellent way to learn and gain confidence with Christmas baking. To be able to watch Anneka at work, and ask questions and make comments in real time was valuable and inspiring, particularly for those of us who are not Sydney-based ... All the content of the course, from enrolment to delivery, was precise and happened exactly as was stated and I was more than happy with my experience.

It was brilliant. Much more than I expected. Things made sense as Annneka explained everything so well ... Presenting the course with 1 mixture making 3 recipes was brilliant. It saves time and effort and is therefore economical as well.

I've eaten a fair few scones and even made several batches in my day, none of which compared to the calibre of the scone taught in Anneka's online Scones class. It was revelatory. In addition to Anneka's friendly and approachable style, there are comprehensive explanations, expertise and skills. I recommend this class as a way to relax and switch off from your everyday, if only to experience the very best of scones, made by your own hands.

The Scones LIVE class was such a joy to be part of. I'm no stranger to baking or scones but I felt like I achieved my best scones to date, even though I thought I did well prior. I really loved being part of such a wonderful group where I did not feel pressure or judgement, I was just at ease! Come as you are, you are definitely welcome at a BakeClub class.

I had never made Hot Cross Buns as they always seemed too difficult. I always enjoy Anneka's way of teaching – I find I learn so much and I love the way she supports her teachings with the science behind it. I find the live sessions work really well, and I learn so much from them ... being able to ask questions live is such a bonus. This course is a great way to learn something which you think is difficult but Anneka makes it all so simple. Absolutely do it!

I definitely got more than I expected from the class. Easy step-by-step instructions provided by Anneka and the opportunity to ask questions, no matter how 'silly', while making the buns meant I got the best experience possible. It was just perfect. Definitely recommend.

It was fun and enjoyable to bake along and have Anneka give feedback. A highlight for me are all the tips and tricks from Anneka ... she is a great teacher ... and her recipe is really good!
