I highly recommend enrolling in Make Me a Baker. It will be a unique experience with plenty of opportunities to apply yourself and work hard to develop new baking skills, but there will also be countless laughs and new connections forged along the way with lovely like-minded bakers ... The program is thoughtfully designed and Anneka creates a very welcoming, friendly yet efficient learning environment. There is a lot of content and I know I will be referring back to the notes for years to come ... The course has given me a solid basis for delving deeper into understanding the science of baking and to have the confidence to keep experimenting with new skills and techniques at home.
