Storing Chocolate

The best way to store chocolate is in a cool, dry, dark spot to help maintain its optimal quality, flavour and texture.
Wrap it in its original packaging (if you still have it) and pop it into an airtight container. This protects it from moisture and light and stops it absorbing any strong pantry aromas.
For the best results, aim for a storage temperature between 15–23°C (59–73°F).
